Return Policy
   At retrosnkrs.com, we offer Return&Exchanges on almost every item we carry, so there’s no risk. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date, just follow these simple guidelines:

   For all Return/Exchanges and canceled order, Customers are responsible for all shipping charge involved on sending and returning.

1. Returned items must be in new condition.
    Retrosnkrs.com will not accept return/exchange if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoor. Please try on sneakers on a accepted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied..
 
2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
 
3. Defective products will be accepted exchange only.
    Contact Customer Service for a defective item. Retrosnkrs.com will exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
How do I make an exchange?
   Exchanges are treated as new orders with retrosnkrs.com. You may place a new order for the desired item at the same time you receive a return authorization or you may wait until your return is received and a refund is issued before placing a new order. Please ask a Customer Representative about your options.
Return For Refund

  Return Shipping Charges: You need to be responsible for all return shipping  charges, if you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service: service@retrosnkrs.com.
 
  Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Once Retrosnkrs.com receives your return, we will process it and apply any applicable refund. Please allow 20 days for the money to post to your account.

  Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service(i.e,DHL and EMS) for all returns.
